 abstract={The import ban on Russian LPG into the Union in December 2024 as part of the 12th package of EU sanctions will reduce Russia’s budget revenues, hampering financing of the war against Ukraine. However, it will strongly affect Central European markets, causing fuel price increases and significantly reducing the availability of LPG. The effects are most likely to be felt by Ukraine, which consumes LPG mainly for municipal and military purposes. It is in the interest of Poland, the largest regional consumer and re-exporter of LPG, to develop its receiving and storage infrastructure to ensure supply continuity from other directions.},
