 abstract={In the last few years, the countries of the Visegrad Group (V4) have increased their development assistance funding. However, it is still below the level of their EU commitments. The relatively low level of V4 development aid in the Middle East and Africa weakens their arguments about the need to help refugees and migrants outside Europe.
